Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
2 pounds frozen hashbrown potatoes


Preparation:

Defrost potatoes, combine with all remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
