Home Made Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

40 Cups Water
2 Chicken Thighs w/bones
2 Chicken Legs w/bones
2 cups Carrots sliced
2 cups Celery sliced
1 can Corn
1 pkg Egg Noodles
3 tbls Knorr Chicken Flavored Bouillon (powder)
2 tbls Garlic Salt
3 tbls Garlic Powder
2 tbls Onion Salt
3 tbls Onion Powder
2 Tsp Celery Salt
2 Tsp White Pepper

Preparation:

In a 48 Quart stock pot add water and chicken. Boil with lid on for 2-3 hrs. Check water level every hour, add water to keep at start level if needed. After 2-3 hrs add Knorr to water and continue simmering at medium heat for 1 hr.

Remove chicken from broth and allow to cool down. Add Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Salt, Onion Powder, and Celery Salt to broth and continue to simmer. After 30 minutes, taste and add more of any particular seasoning if needed.

Slice Carrots and Celery to about 1/4 inch thick, add to broth and continue simmering for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender. While vegetables are cooking, shred cooled chicken with a fork making sure to discard skin, all fat and bones.

When vegetables are almost tender add chicken and the can of corn. Simmer for 10 more minutes then add the White Pepper and Egg Noodles. When noodles are done, turn off heat and serve.
