Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

Meatballs

1lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
1 cup Ritz (or same) Cracker Crumbs
2 tbls minced (dried) onions
2 tbls sweet pepper flakes
9 drops tabasco sauce
1/4 tbls Garlic salt
1 dash salt

Sauce

3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
11/2 tbls minced (dried) onions
1 tsp prepared mustard
11/2 tsp salt
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 drops tabasco sauce

Preparation:

Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form meatballs about 3/4" round and place in ungreased pan closely together. bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour or until browned. drain grease away by setting in basket lined with paper towels.

Mix all sause ingredients well and combine with meatballs in a casserol. bake in oven an additional 1/2 hour.
