Cowboy Butter
Ingredients:
1 lemon zest & juice 1 tbsp dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp chives chopped 1/2 tbsp parsley chopped 2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 stick butter
Preparation:
Melt butter in an 8" sauce pan over medium heat. Add garlic, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into sauce bowl and serve.
