Fajita Marinade

Ingredients:

1/3 cup water
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt


Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. Add meat and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours in refrigerator. Marinade is enough for upto two pounds of meat.
