Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

2 large cans tomato purae
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 can beef broth
3/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup freshly grated romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon basil
salt & pepper

3 to 4 cloves garlic crushed and finely chopped
2 carrots finely chopped
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil


Preparation:

Saute' garlic, carrots and onion in olive oil until onion is translucent.

Simmer remaining ingredients while preparing saute'. Add saute' and continue to simmer for 1 hour adding salt and pepper to taste.
