Preparation:
Heat olive oil, Saute' garlic and onion on medium heat until
onion is translucent, add celery and carrots, continue to saute for an additional five minutes. Raise heat to high and add ground beef. Stir frequently breaking up any large lumps of ground beef. Cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Lower heat to medium low and add tomatoes, parsley and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer until sauce thickens (approximately 1/2 an hour).
