Pineapple Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 15oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
13/4 cups cool whip
1 9inch graham cracker crust

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together. Next, stir in 1 can of pineapple and cool whip until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust and with other can of pineapple cover the top. Put in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
