Lemon Icebox Pie

Ingredients:

3 lg or 6 - 8 sm Lemons
3 Egg Yolks
2 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
Graham Cracker Crust

Preparation:

Squeeze lemons into a small bowl.
In a seperate small bowl thoroughly beat egg yolks.
In a medium mixing bowl add condensed milk and gradually beat in egg yolks. Once done, gradually hand stir in the lemon juice. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until pie has set up.
