Jill's Crepes

Ingredients:

1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
2 TBLS Unsalted Butter (Melted)
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 TSP Salt

 

Preparation:

Whisk everything in a bowl until smooth, the batter will be watery.  

Heat up a nonstick pan over medium high heat..  

Using a ladle pour a few tablespoons of crepe batter into the center of the pan, tipping pan to spread batter into a thin circle.

Fill with anything you would like (to eat).
