Preparation:
Puree cilantro in a blender with a small amount of water, add whole serano peppers (stems cut off) one at a time tasting after adding each one. Squeze in fresh lemon juice to taste and to make blending easier (add water if needed).
Salt to taste. Note:
Can also add a 1/2 of a tomato and/or sesame or peanuts. Mint is also a good option. |
