Ingredients:
1 tbls sesame seeds (optional) 1 tbls
sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
3 scallions, chopped 2 garlic cloves,
minced 1 tbls fresh ginger, minced 11/2 tbls garlic, minced
2 tsp rice wine vinegar 3 tbls soy sauce 1
tbls sesame oil 1 16 oz of Sprite
1 lbs beef tenderloin, ribeyes

Preparation:
marinade preparation: in a small bowl combine
scallions, garlic vinegar, soy sause, sugar, sesame oil and pepper and stir
well. (to weaken marinade add Sprite to taste)
meat Preparation: fillet meat into very thin slices
then cut into 1 inch widths by 2 inch lengths. place meat into marinade, cover
and place in refrigerator for 2 hours or more. grill meat on habochi grill to
preference and serve as suggested below.
serve with steamed or boiled white rice, kimchi, bean
sprouts and green peppers (saute' green peppers and sprouts in marinade). Roll
meat, kimchi, bean sprouts and peppers into piece of romaine lettuce. Eat like
a burrito. |
